Michael A. Zeytoonian is a partner specializing in:

Michael A. Zeytoonian is admitted to practice in the state and United States District Courts of Massachusetts and New York (Southern District) and the state of Connecticut. Prior to joining the firm, he served as Assistant Attorney General in the Office of the Attorney General of the State of New York, as a deputy overseeing litigation in the State Counsel Bureau in Westchester, Rockland and Putnam Counties. He was previously an Assistant County Attorney in the litigation and family court bureaus of the Westchester County (NY) Department of Law. 

Michael’s undergraduate education was at Boston College and Iona College, where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree is history and teacher certification in secondary education. He earned his J. D. from Pace University School of Law with a Certificate in Environmental Law in 1990.

Michael is past President (2006-207) of the Board of Directors of the Massachusetts Collaborative Law Council, a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association -- Employment and Litigation Sections, Boston Bar Association – Labor and Employment and ADR sections, Association for Conflict Resolution, International Ombudsman Association, Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, Armenian Bar Association and the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals (IACP). He is a frequent presenter and trainer on Collaborative Law, has lectured at Suffolk University School of Law, Northeastern University School of Law, Boston Bar Association and several IACP Forums and has published several articles on the use of Collaborative Law in employment, business and non-profit dispute resolution.  His email address is mzeytoonian@hutchingsbarsamian.com.
