	Jeffrey A. Cohen has represented numerous national and local long-term care facilities and related companies. Jeffrey handles defense claims, Medicaid and Medicare issues relating to long-term care, guardianships, collections and regulatory and administrative matters. Jeffrey is active in the Massachusetts Extended Care Federation, the American College of Health Care Administrators, the Long term Care Finance Association and a former Board member of the Hebrew Rehabilitation Center for the Aged.
