Anthony Barsamian is the firm’s managing partner. His practice areas include:

Anthony Barsamian received his B.A. from the University of Massachusetts (Amherst), and his J.D. from Suffolk University School of Law. He is admitted to the Massachusetts and the U.S. District Court, District of Massachusetts and a member of the Massachusetts and American Bar Associations and the Armenian Bar Association. Anthony has served on the boards of national non-profit organizations and has spoken extensively throughout the country on the topic of on-line dispute resolution. As the Firm’s managing partner, Anthony concentrates on making sure all clients of the firm are properly served by both attorneys and staff. Anthony has spent the past 15 years advising family-owned businesses in areas of business wealth transfer and generational business planning as well as asset protection and tax minimization strategies. He has also advised on family estate and trust planning representing many of the successful business owners and families in the region. Anthony also strategizes with litigation counsel on issues of litigation that effect individuals and business. He is known to bring in specialists to the firm when the need arises. Anthony is a member of Euro Link, a network of attorneys throughout the world. Hutchings Barsamian is the sole law firm in New England represented in Euro Link.
